What this page covers

This is the privacy notice for www.prhsystems.com, the public website of Precision Reproductive Health Systems, LLC.

It does not cover the clinical platform. That is a separate system, used by a practice and its clients under a separate arrangement, and health information there is handled as described in that arrangement. See “Health information” below.

What this website collects: nothing

This site is made of static pages. It sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising. It has no contact form, no account and no sign-in. It does not ask you for anything, and it stores nothing about your visit.

Fonts and images are served from this site itself, so reading these pages sends no request to any company other than the host that delivers the page, described just below.

What our host necessarily sees

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. To deliver a page and to protect the service against abuse, GitHub processes the technical details that come with any web request, such as your IP address, your browser type and the page you asked for. That happens for every website you visit; we mention it because it is the only data processing involved in reading this one.

If you arrived from an email we sent

Messages from the clinical platform are sent on a practice’s instruction, to people who gave that practice their email address. They contain a short notice and a sign-in link. They never contain health information, and every message has a working reply address.

If you receive such a message unexpectedly, reply to it or write to tech@prhsystems.com and we will stop sending to your address.

Health information

Health information is not held on this website and is never sent to it. In the clinical platform, a client’s information is held in that client’s own secure health-data account, under the arrangement between the client and their practice.
